- Shipping to mainland Australian destinations (including Tasmania) is included in your purchase price for most items. We ship all products delivered within Australia using registered post. We do this to provide security to our customers as well as ourselves. Registered post means there is a tracking number available to assist in locating a product should you not receive it in a timely manner once shipped. The registered post fee is included in all our quoted prices. For international delivery please select an appropriate shipping method on checkout or contact us for specific arrangements. We will always attempt to locate the safest, best value international delivery method available at the time for you. Generally all purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Should there be a delay of more than 48 hours from payment clearing we will contact you to advise you of the delay. We will contact you via email with a shipment advice once your purchase has been shipped. For destinations within Australia please allow up to 7 days from receiving the shipment advice for delivery. For international deliveries we will advise you of the expected delivery time on shipment.
- Privacy & Security
- Global Product Focus will not under any circumstances provide any information you provide us to any other party. We utilise PayPal Web Payments to accept credit card payments. This means we don't receive, store or have access to your credit card details. These functions are handled entirely by PayPal on their secure servers. This provides GPF customers with a completely safe, low risk online shopping experience.
- Returns & Replacements
- We offer manufacturer warranty on all items we have for sale. Should you need to make a warranty or return claim please contact us via email prior to returning any goods. On receiving your claim we will issue you with a Return Ticket. Please do not return goods without first obtaining a Return Ticket, as goods received without a Return Ticket will not be accepted.
- Ordering & Priority Back Orders
- Items marked as 'Out Of Stock' can be placed on priority backorder. These are generally filled within 7-12 days. Contact us via email to place a priority backorder so we can confirm with our manufacturer that stock is available to ship. There is no extra cost associated with placing a priority back order. When placing any order please select colours and sizes carefully as orders of incorrect size or colour are not grounds for a return. On completing checkout your order will placed into our system. You will receive an email order confirmation detailing your order, the goods purchased, your delivery address, payment method and total. Until payment clears your order is marked pending. Once cleared your order status is marked as processing. Once we ship your order you will receive an email outlining the shipment details. You can alter your order content up to the day it is shipped. Alterations to an order that require further payment will delay shipment until that payment is cleared. .
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment methods include credit card, direct deposit, cheque and money order. Credit card payments are processed using PayPal Web Payments for extra security. We do not obtain or store any credit card details. Generally prices include delivery within Australia. Some items may have differing shipping costs. Please check each product listing for specific shipping information for that item. All prices advertised at the time an order is submitted will be honoured. Prices are however subject to change without notice. Promotions and notification of promotions and discount specials will be available via email newsletters, these newsletters will only be sent to members.
- Viewing Orders
- On placing an order you will receive an email order confirmation. This email will contain details on how to log into our system to check the progress of your order. Generally orders are 'pending' until payment clears, processing once payment has cleared and they are being filled, 'shipped' once they are despatched and 'completed' 7 days after shipment. Only members can track order progress.
- Updating Account Information
- Please ensure your account details are to date. This applies particularly to your delivery address. We ship only to the listed delivery address and will not be responsible if this information is no longer accurate. Account information can be updated by members by logging into their account and selecting the 'edit account details' option. We will not accept email notification of change of delivery address for security reasons.
